I was able to get an appointment on the same day. The gentleman vet who attended was very kind to me and my cat and very professional. I requested that my daughter’s 16 year old cat be euthanized as she had become incontinent. I live in Adelaide.

Pawssum Melbourne. Was amazing in putting my Shepard to sleep. The vet came to my home. He was so gentle and respectful with my dog. She didn’t feel any pain and went to sleep peacefully. The Vet involved us in the service and allowed us to say our goodbyes with no time limits. I highly recommend them. The whole process was very professional.

I called Pawssum vets in Canberra at 7pm on the Australia Day public holiday for my sick kitten, they had a vet at my house by 8pm that night. Dr Kel, the vet, was absolutely wonderful and Purrkel, my kitten, was feeling much better within a couple of hours. I really appreciated how Dr Kel explained things in detail and helped me make notes for next steps because I was in a bit of a tizz about Purrkel being unwell. This was follloeed up with a comprehensive report that I could share with my normal vet for follow up. Can’t rate this service highly enough.

I had an amazing experience with Pawssum Mobile Vets in Melbourne! My cat was in the quarantine facility, and the staff there let me know that he had an issue.

First, the call centre staff were easy to deal with and explained the process clearly. They called me back and sent an SMS within a few minutes to confirm that a vet would he visiting my cat within 2 hours. They have a relationship with the quarantine facility and organise entry for themselves.

Dr. Stephen was incredibly kind and professional when checking my cat. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The service was convenient, efficient, and stress-free for both me and my pet.

He also took photos and a short video of my cat, which helped to put my mind at rest. And I could see that the quarantine facilities are actually very nice. The cost was appropriate and not too high at all, considering the service and speed of visit. I highly recommend 😉

Our poor boy couldn’t move when we woke on New Years Day, after having surgery to have a tumor removed the previous week. The worst day of the year to need your vet. I found Pawssum on google, they were extremely helpful & understanding. Dr Beshoy arrived within a couple of hours, to a house full of people crying. He was so understanding & gentle, explained everything & reassured us that he’d sedate our boy 1st to ensure he was peaceful & pain free. He let us cuddle our boy throughout, so he went being cuddled, sorry tearing up:(

Dr Kel made a heartbreaking situation the best it could be. Our beautiful British Bulldog, George, passed peacefully with his family around. Kel was very compassionate & professional.

Great experience from Pawssums our whippet had a sudden toenail swelling which must have developed slowly over a few days and flared up on Saturday night, the wait time at the emergency vet in Melbourne near our house was over 6 hours and with a newborn at home I couldn’t be away for that long. Pawssums was easy and quick to book a vet in my area who came and saw us in 20 minutes. Our whippet was treated and back on the mend with pain relief for a good night sleep. Price wasn’t cheap but it was expected given that it was an out of normal hours at home visit. 5 star service 4 star for the cost

Pawssum in Melbourne have been a lifesaver a few times now. Most recently, I wasn’t able to get into my usual vet and I couldn’t get any time off work – So with no trouble at all, they came around after work hours and treated my fur baby. Highly recommend.
