Thank you for making the Annual Vaccination a simple, stress-free process

We had a lovely visit from Dr Julie. As a first time customer I was a bit unsure of what to expect but Dr Julie was so friendly & caring, clear with her questions & instructions and addressed thoroughly any questions & concerns I had. It was a lovely sunny day so we had a relaxed visit outside in the courtyard. The pupper was so enthralled with Dr Julie that she didn’t even notice when her vaccination was administered. Vaccine certificate was emailed promptly within a few hours after the appointment. Thank you Dr Julie for your warm customer service, doggy treats and cuddles galore. Happy to use Pawssum and Dr Julie again for our future vet needs.
