Our dog, Honey was old and not expected to improve but she had deteriorated rapidly so a call was made to Pawssum late in the day on a weekend. Dr Beshoy arrived promptly and spent time ensuring that our beloved girl was sent to her rest with care and empathy. She was quiet and calm, a marked difference to the hours before, and her final moments were as beautiful as such a sad moment can be. Dr Beshoy included our younger dog in the process and made sure that she was calm too.
Thank you Pawssum for making a difficult experience something that we can now remember with peace and gratitude.
