Thank you, team. I lost my 13 yrs family member a few days ago. My sweet little girl “GiGi” was always not well for year, and suddenly she decided to leave me on Saturday at 5pm. She was obviously in great pain. Luckily I always pay attention to Pawssum service. I message over the net-chat, the sweet lady called back right away then connected me to the local assistant. Within less than 45 mins, they managed to find a Vet in such an odd hour. Dr Ron turned up on time in 2 hours, and provide comfort to GiGi and help her to cross the rainbow bridge – no more pain. The progress was peaceful and respectful, Dr Ron was so kind to both GiGi and me. I am so much grateful for your service, to help me deal with this very difficult situation. God bless you all.
P.S. The charge was very reasonable, I’m sure my local vet would have charged me more than that.
