Booked my parents cat last friday to be told u will get an email. Get the email to be told someone will be in touch for Monday between 12-5 pm. It’s now 4 pm to be told, sorry we can’t get anyone to your area today! Will never use this service or recommend it! Absolutely disgusting . My parents are in their 80’s and this has stressed them out! 😡
