I called at 7.30am on Sunday as our cat was suddenly very sick. They were going to call me to get bank details and confirnywhen they had a vet coming. At 9.30 I called them again to check the status and they said they would definitely call me back so my daughter left for work as I thought everything would be ok and I wouldn’t have to go to a vet. At 11.30 I called again as I hadn’t heard anything and was told again they would get back to me but at this stage I probably couldn’t have a vet turn up until Monday. 30 minutes later I finally received a text saying they were to busy for today and were heavily booked. Then at 1.30 another message directing me to go to a vet surgery. Surely the fact that you were so heavily booked could have been communicated earlier so I could have made other arrangements. It’s now 5 o’clock and we have been sitting at the surgery for a while, and our cat is very sick. I wish we could have seen a vet earlier.
