We had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our cat Jester put to sleep. Travelling was always traumatic for him so we wanted to have his last moments at home where he was familiar. Dr Stephen was very compassionate and understanding, we truly appreciated this. The whole booking process and team communication was wonderful
