We had to have our dear 13 yo cat euthanized due sudden deterioration due to cancer.
It was a Saturday afternoon and regular vet was closed.
We did not want to bundle him into a cat carrier and take him some distance to an emergency vet clinic.
The family really appreciated the home visit as enabled our cat to pass peacefully in familiar surroundings, reducing stress for all during a very difficult time.
