From Pawssum’s prompt response to my online enquiry, to their consistent but non-invasive follow-up, and the phone conversation we had regarding the scheduling and aftercare for Chomper’s peaceful home euthanasia, everything was handled with such care and gentleness. Our vet, Emma, was so kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. We felt fully supported during this difficult time. She ensured Chomper was comfortable, and her calm demeanour made an incredibly heartbreaking experience more bearable. Emma took the time to explain each step, allowing us to say our goodbyes in the most peaceful way possible.
