I called 14/09/2020 early to book in as my Cat has hurt her leg and in a lot of pain. Gave my details, booked in for this morning and about 9am after confirmation that they will find an appointment time they call and say they don’t service my area? Wtf not!!! I’m paying up front. They blamed a glitch in the system, I’m like no the person who booked this has one job seriously they should know areas by now. So not only did they let me down they have left my cat in agony all this time. How disgusting… I’ll take my pets back up the Sunshine Coast to my vet I’ve been seeing for 8 years. I even have all my friends going their now… This mob are incompetent fools…
