I had a very positive experience using Pawssum
I had an emergency situation when my Jack Russel BJ collapsed in pain with sore paw it was stormy and rainy Sunday evening. So it was more than I expected when Pawssum”s wonderful reception team organized an after-hours vet to attend to BJ.
I was relieved. When Dr. Tamara arrived. Dr Tamara’s warm & friendly manner put BJ at ease. Her handling of BJ was a miracle, considering his sometimes pesky temperament. Throughout the treatment process, BJ received first class care and attention from Dr Tamara. I was also provided with a positive prognosis. A warm Thank You to all at Pawssum.

Unable to take my 17yo cat to the vet to be euthanised, I found Pawssum Melbourne. They sent Dr Carla. I was a blubbering mess and she made the experience as gentle and kind as humanly possible, kneeling on the bathroom tiles to avoid distressing my baby. Hope to never go through this again (losing my fur baby) but grateful to the swift and caring service. Would recommend. RIP Bonnie and thank you to Dr Carla.

Dr Kate was an awesome vet that we had arrive at our hose to vaccinate our two cats, Marli and Maverick in Brisbane. Extremely kind and compassionate especially with our nervous kitty Marli. I also found her very thorough. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. ❤️

Dr Kelly provided a thorough and friendly health check for my cat Clooney in Canberra. It was great to have his routine F3 vax and nail clip done from the comfort of home avoiding the dreaded outing in a cat carrier.

While I did have a little issue ensuring I got a nose print. Dr Rimon was most kind, gentle and respectful of our baby girl Lily with her sudden passing. He treated both myself and Lily with so much kindness and respect and gave me the most comforting hug and allowed me to cry on his shoulder. I am forever grateful for his kindness and comfort in such a distressing and stressful moment.

It was with a heavy heart, and a great deal of sadness that we had to send Jay, our 14 year old Golden Retriever, to the Rainbow Bridge due to his health issues. Pawsumm’s service as provided by Dr Rimon, was compassionate and not rushed, allowing us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes.
We were so grateful to find this out of hours service available in Adelaide.

Couldn’t have got better for Angus the vet that came out to my business was so caring and realy loved Angus he is all booked in for surgery mon and I’m not worried one bit because I know Angus is in very safe hands thank you for all your help I rescued Angus and it’s been a hard road but one thing I will say also is their pricing is amazing and that helps so much 😊 Adelaide SA

So thankful Pawsuum vets Perth (Golden Bay WA) I unfortunately had to put my family dog of 14 years down on Friday due to old age and breathing issues. Dr.Chris was professional, compassionate and supportive. I wasn’t rushed through the process and had everything explained clearly before he started. I had never used a home vet service before and after my experience I will again in future. The world needs more people like Dr.Chris, I really can’t thank him enough.

Highly rate the care and compassion we received from Dr Stuart and the Pawssum Brisbane team. Our little Rusty was nervous of vets with having so many visits, so to have a home visit was amazing. We were able to say goodbye to our boy in his own environment where he felt safe. Dr Stuart was very empathic and calm, caring and kind. He put all our minds at ease and explained everything we needed to know. As hard as it was, it made the experience more personal to us. The Brisbane team kept us up to date from the first call, to the return of Rusty’s ashes. We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for our boy. We are very grateful to the whole team for their empathy and support.

This is our second time using Pawssum mobile vets. The vet picked up the problem straight away and left us with medication for our cat who is now a happy kitty. We live in Southbank in Melbourne and it’s so convenient to be able to have a vet come to our house because we don’t have a car. It also means less stress for our two cats because they don’t have to be taken to a vet when needed, and it didn’t cost more than going somewhere, which is fantastic! Don’t hesitate! What a relief not having the drama of transporting my very upset hound, Elvis, to a clinic. The vet came to us CBD Melbourne within the hour and within an hour he was happy and comfortable again. Our vet was lovely with Elvis and very capable. Feedback was amazing and friendly.
