I was faced with having my darling old cat Echo euthanised on New Year’s Day and I reached out to Pawssum Gold Coast. The whole process from booking to the farewell experience to the follow-up has been very positive experience. I also ant to publicly convey my gratitude to vet Dr Shaguta who is such a compassionate, feeling person. I feel so blessed that she was the vet who was sent in our hour of need.
