Unable to take my 17yo cat to the vet to be euthanised, I found Pawssum Melbourne. They sent Dr Carla. I was a blubbering mess and she made the experience as gentle and kind as humanly possible, kneeling on the bathroom tiles to avoid distressing my baby. Hope to never go through this again (losing my fur baby) but grateful to the swift and caring service. Would recommend. RIP Bonnie and thank you to Dr Carla.
