We used Pawssum’s services in Adelaide in November for our beautiful 19 year old ragdoll cat. We needed to make the heartrenching decision to put Simba to sleep on a weekend, when our own vet wasn’t available. An amazing vet from Pawssum, Dr Ramoni (I apologise if the spelling is incorrect) came to our home where Simba was relaxed and in his own safe environment. Dr Ramoni was very kind, caring, skilled and showed the utmost respect for Simba. He was compassionate and allowed us to spend the time we needed with him to say our goodbyes. Our beautiful boy went to sleep purring in my daughter’s arms.
I can’t recommend Pawssum Adelaide highly enough. From that very difficult first phone call through to the beautiful memorial package that was returned to us with Samba’s ashes the whole process was very kind, caring and highly professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Having your pet at home in the comfort and familiarity of their safe space is invaluable. I will definitely choose them for our animals in the future if ever we need to. Thank you ❤️
