Amazing customer service I received a call within minutes of making an online booking for an urgent late evening call out for a peaceful euthanasia for our very unwell cat – Zak. The staff were very supportive and clearly explained the process, within a few minutes the team had confirmed an appointment time and the name of the Vet. Within 45 mins the wonderful Dr Stephen arrived as scheduled, he even called on approach as he was running a few mins late. Dr Stephen was amazing, he explained the process, and was wonderfully compassionate. He genuinely cared about Zak and our well-being, ensuring us that our decision was the kindest path to take.
